WILL LANE
Will is a Toronto based internationally experienced real estate development & construction professional with over 12 years’ experience delivering a wide range of projects in differing sectors & procurement routes in the UK & Canada. Will founded Chiltern Management in 2022 to provide project management, development management & cost management services to clients in Canada, the UK & the USA.
Prior to starting Chiltern in 2022, Will spent 2 years working for an international cost consultancy where he led the delivery of estimating & cost management services to Google’s Canadian Office fit out portfolio with a work value of $500m. Prior to that, Will spent 8 years spent working with Multiplex, a global general contracting company, where he worked in the delivery teams of high profile projects with a combined value of over $1b.
