Will is a Toronto based internationally experienced real estate development & construction professional with over 15 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services & projects in differing sectors & procurement routes in the UK & Canada. Will founded Chiltern Management in 2022 to provide project quantity surveying, cost management & loan monitoring services to lenders & developers in Canada, the UK & the USA.
